Meet the Providers
Hunter Richardson, P.T., DPT
Hunter is from Guymon, Oklahoma, and has been working at AllianceHealth Woodward for eight years, where he has been the director of therapy for the last five years. He went to Texas Tech University and graduated with a degree in biology and exercise science before going on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Langston University. He works with patients and athletes with any arm, leg and spine injuries as well as performs wound care and dry needling.
Ryan Clem, MPT
Ryan grew up in Sharon, Oklahoma, and graduated from Sharon Mutual. He attended school at the University of Oklahoma and graduated with his master's in physical therapy in 2006. He has worked in outpatient settings for the past 15 years and specializes in orthopedics. He recently earned certification in dry needling.
Kacie Bond, P.T., DPT, M.S., LAT, ATC, MDFc
Kacie graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas, with her master's in athletic training in 2007 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009. She received specialized training in pediatric and traumatic brain injury during grad school. Following graduation, Kacie focused in the area of orthopedics and sports medicine at an outpatient orthopedic and aquatic therapy clinic and athletic trainer for Texas Tech University and surrounding high schools. Kacie now provides services for all ages and conditions including pediatric, orthopedic (spine and all extremities), vestibular, geriatric and neurological physical therapy. Special services include dry needling, myofascial decompression, concussion management, return to sport and therapeutic taping.
Matthew Mcdonald, P.T., DPT
Matthew is a physical therapist from Woodward. He played baseball as a catcher at Dodge City Community College before completing his undergraduate work at the University of Oklahoma. Matt was accepted to the Langston University school of physical therapy and graduated in May of 2020. He treats orthopedic, spine and spinal cord injuries as well as patients with sport-related injuries. Matt has a wife and two boys and enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing.
Dana Alexander, RPTA
Dana is a physical therapist assistant who graduated from OCC and has been a therapist assistant for the last 27 years. Dana has been a part of AHW since 1995, where she has experience in outpatient, inpatient and home health therapy services.
Janet Ketron, M.A., CCC-SLP
Janet has been a speech-language pathologist for more than 20 years. She attended Oklahoma State University and earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication sciences and disorders in 1997 and 2000, respectively. She has lived and worked in Northwest Oklahoma for most of her career, with a six year period of living and working in Southern California shortly after graduating from college. She works in the outpatient clinic, treating children and adults of all ages, as well as inpatient settings and in home health. She works with patients who have swallowing disorders, voice problems, speech limitations (including stuttering and speech sounds), language deficits (including use of speech generating devices), and cognitive difficulties (including memory, reasoning and problem solving). She is specialized in the use of PECS for communication, and neuromuscular electrical stimulation and manual treatment for swallowing.
Megan Clem, MPT
Megan graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Science. In 2006, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma where she received her master's in physical therapy. Megan specializes in dry needling and therapeutic taping, and is a certified lymphedema therapist.
Michelle Johnson, P.T., DPT
Michelle is a 2012 graduate from OU with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has worked at AllianceHealth Woodward since 2015, treating both inpatients during hospitalization and outpatients at the clinic located at 17th and Oklahoma. Michelle is specialized in treating pelvic floor conditions in both male and female bodies. This includes muscle evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, pre/postnatal muscle training, diastatis recti, pelvic organ prolapse and sexual dysfunction. She is currently working towards her pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification (PRPC), which requires more than 80 hours of instruction and 2000 hours of direct pelvic patient care. She is certified in LSVT Big for Parkinson's rehabilitation. She has experience with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including but not limited to joint replacements, sprains, neck/back pain and stroke.
Becky Castor, M.S., CCC-SLP
Becky graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, where she received her Bachelor of Science in communication sciences and disorders in 2005. In 2007 she received her Master of Science in speech-language pathology. Becky also has her National Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Stacy Reynolds, OTR/L
Stacy graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with a B.S. in occupational therapy in 1991. Stacy has worked as a staff therapist, clinical education coordinator and director of occupational therapy. She provides interventions in various settings to include schools, acute care, outpatient and swing bed and skilled nursing facilities. Stacy has provided care at Children’s Hospital of Oklahoma, LifeWorks Therapy Solutions, Rehab Source and AHW.
Shawnda Ferbrache, COTA/L
Shawnda is a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) who has served patients in the Woodward and surrounding communities for 24 years. She received her Associate of Applied Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1997. Shawnda provides patient care in acute, skilled nursing and outpatient settings with all age groups. Shawnda also provides education and supervision for clinical fieldwork assignments, growing and mentoring others in the field of occupational therapy.
