AllianceHealth Woodward Announces Landon Hise Will Return As Chief Executive Officer

WOODWARD, OK - Landon E. Hise will be returning as chief executive officer for AllianceHealth Woodward effective February 6, 2023. In his 16 years of experience in the health industry, including 8 as a hospital CEO, he has built a strong track record of success in physician recruitment, expansion of services, operational leadership and has demonstrated passion for service and quality excellence.
Previously, Hise served as CEO at AllianceHealth Woodward from July 2019 to December 2021 before taking a position at Merit Health Biloxi in Biloxi, Mississippi. Hise also served as CEO for AllianceHealth Clinton, a 56 bed acute care facility in Clinton, Oklahoma, and Cordell Memorial Hospital in Cordell, Oklahoma.

He’s a dynamic leader for AllianceHealth Woodward and will help us continue to enhance the quality of care we provide.”
After growing up and attending high school in Hooker, Oklahoma, Hise earned an Associate of Applied Science in radiologic technology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He then earned an Associate of Science in business, a Bachelor of Science in health care administration from Columbia Southern University in Orange Beach, Alabama, and a master's in health care law from Oklahoma University College of Law.
Landon has been named one of “Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEO’s” and named to the” List of Achievers under 40” by The Journal Record in 2018 and 2021.

The prospects for AllianceHealth Woodward are great and I’m eager to work with the board, staff and physicians during this time of transition.”
In addition to spending time with his family, Hise values community involvement and has been active in the City Council, Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club and church activities.
